The National Executive Council and the entire membership of the Mater Dei College Ashaka Old Boys Association (MOBA) proudly congratulate one of our distinguished alumni, Chief Chuks Ochonogor, of the 1975 Set, on the successful grant of a licence by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to Regnum Medical University, Lagos, the institution he founded. 

This landmark achievement is a significant milestone not only for Chief Ochonogor but also for the educational sector in Nigeria. It reflects his vision, determination, and unwavering commitment to expanding access to quality medical education and producing healthcare professionals who will make meaningful contributions to society.

Chief Chuks Ochonogor has continued to distinguish himself as an illustrious son of Ndokwa Land and an  accomplished MOBITE whose life exemplifies excellence, innovation and selfless service. His success serves as an inspiration to the entire Mater Dei community and to young Nigerians who aspire to create lasting impact through education and leadership.

As an association, we are immensely proud of this remarkable accomplishment and celebrate the honour it brings to our alma mater. We are confident that Regnum Medical University will emerge as a centre of excellence, contributing significantly to medical education, research and healthcare delivery in Nigeria and beyond.
